- For purposes of this fare North America is defined as the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, International points in the Caribbean including Bahamas and Bermuda and Mexico.
- Passengers must be non residents of the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, International points within the Caribbean including the Bahamas and Bermuda and Mexico.
- Passengers must present proof of residence and international flight ticket at the time of check in for each flight.
