d) International / State Tourist Office staff and their spouse or defacto spouse (statutory declaration required) and their hildren to 18 years.
e) International Hotel staff and their spouse or defacto spouse (statutory declaration required) and children to 18 years.
f) Cruise Company staff and their spouse or defacto spouse (statutory declaration required) and their children to 18 years.
